Your privacy is important to VIMee Enterprise (“VIMee”, “we”, “our” or “us”). This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, store, use, process and disclose your personal data and other information acquired in connection with our apps, platforms, services, events (including the Token Sale) and Websites (collectively, the “Services”).

Minds does not ask you for Personal Information unless it is required to provide certain features of the Services including, but not limited to user rewards, password reset, payments and two-factor authentication or VIMee Token sales requiring AML/KYC data collection for certain purchasers.

This Privacy Policy will apply to all the Services offered by us, but excludes services that may have separate privacy policies and that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy.

VIMee does not willfully disclose the Personal Information of our users to anyone except to comply to applicable law or protect our rights.


“personal data” means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified (i) from that data; or (ii) from that data and other information to which an organisation has or is likely to have access. Personal data includes but is not limited to an individual’s name, address, email address, phone number, gender, birth date, online identifier (such as username), device unique identity, operating system or version, hardware information, date and time spent on the Services and financial information (such as credit card numbers, bank account information and digital / crypto wallet address).

“Section” means a section in this Privacy Policy.

“Token” means the VIMX token based on the Waves blockchain known as the “VIMee Token”, which is intended for sale during the Token Sale.

“Token Sale” means the sale of the Tokens by us, which is divided into the Private Sale, Pre-Sale and the ICO / Crowdsale.

“user”“you” and “your” means the end-user of our Services.

“Websites” means our main website at and other websites which may be offered by us from time to time.


By using or subscribing for any of the Services, or submitting any information to us, you agree and consent to us collecting, using, disclosing or otherwise processing your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy in general or any part of it, please do not subscribe for, or use, any of the Services or participate in the Token Sale.

You are deemed to have given your consent for the collection, use, disclosure and processing of your personal data in the following circumstances:

  • when you voluntarily provide your personal data to us, you are aware of the purpose for which you provide your personal data to us, and it is reasonable for you to have provided your personal data to us in the circumstances; and

You warrant that the personal data and the information which you provide or otherwise disclose to us is accurate and complete. If you provide us with any personal data or information relating to a third party, you represent and warrant that (i) such personal data or information is accurate and complete; (ii) you have obtained the consent of the said third party to the collection, use, processing and disclosure of their personal data or information on the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy, and are duly authorised by the third party to do so.

In general, we may collect, use, process or disclose personal data for one or more of the following purposes:

  • to provide you with the relevant Services and to develop, improve and maintain such Services;
  • to verify your identity;
  • to restrict attempts to use the Services from a restricted territory and attempts to use the Services in breach of the applicable terms of service;
  • to manage your subscription for the relevant Services, including the creation and management of your accounts;
  • to facilitate certain events that we hold and organise, including the Token Sale;
  • to manage, develop and improve the Services, including to respond and deal with enquiries or complaints, providing maintenance and support and preparing for data backup;
  • to conduct investigations, internal audits or take action, including in relation to any violation of terms and conditions for the Services;
  • to provide to third parties who provide Services on our behalf, but only to the extent necessary for the Services to be provided;
  • to meet legal and regulatory requirements imposed by the applicable public authorities, laws or regulations; and
  • for any other purposes which are necessary, ancillary or consequential to the above, or which are permitted under the Data Protection Legislation.

Personal data we collect, use, disclose or otherwise process include but are not limited to the following:

  • to facilitate the Token Sale and the transfer of the Tokens, we may collect your personal particulars such as your email address and digital / crypto wallet address;
  • for system administration and to improve the Websites and our apps, we may require information such as IP address, operating system and browser type;
  • to understand your browsing actions and patterns, we may collect statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns without identifying any individual;
  • we may also ask you for information when you report a problem with any Website or our apps;
  • we may send you marketing and/or promotional materials on our latest Services or those of carefully selected third parties, so long as you consent to it;
  • if you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence; and
  • if you complete any survey, we may store and use that data for research purposes, which may include details of visits to our website such as traffic data and location.

Website Visitors

We encourage anonymity and have a mission to become free from all dependencies on third-party, proprietary software and infrastructure. However, from time to time we may use one or more third-party services to improve certain services on our network. In order to provide you with the Services, we may share your Personal Information with certain authorized providers of third-party services (“Authorized Third Parties”) who are authorized to act on behalf of us in connection with the Services. Our agreements with any such Authorized Third Parties states that they will not use any Personal Information received from us for any purpose other than performing services on our behalf.

Like most website operators, we also collect non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Our purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how our visitors use our website. From time to time, we may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of our website.

Open Data

We may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to our websites. For instance, we may monitor the most popular channels, groups or activity. VIMee may display this information publicly or provide it to others as de-identified data. However, we do not disclose Personal Information of any kind other than as described herein.

Protecting Your Information

VIMee discloses certain potentially Personal Information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on our behalf or to provide services to our websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using our websites, you consent to the transfer of such information to them.


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

VIMee will notify users immediately if we believe their Personal Information is disclosed in any unauthorized way.

Although VIMee will provide reasonable administrative, physical and electronic security measures to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, we cannot assure the security of any information you transmit or guarantee that this information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

We will make any legally required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted personal Information. To the extent the law of your jurisdiction allows for notification of a breach via e-mail or public posting, you agree to accept notice in that form.

If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users.

Government, Regulatory Agencies, Courts, and Law Enforcement

We may access, preserve, and share any information about you, without your consent, to government or law enforcement officials or private parties if we believe in good faith that it is necessary or appropriate to respond to requests, claims and legal process (including, but not limited to, subpoenas), to comply with applicable laws, to protect the property and rights of VIMee, you or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to pose a risk of being, or is, illegal, unethical or legally actionable.

We may also access, preserve and share information when we have a good faith belief it is necessary to: detect, prevent and address fraud and other illegal activity; to protect ourselves, you and others, including as part of audits, inquiries or investigations; and to prevent death or imminent bodily harm. Information we receive about you may be accessed, processed and retained for an extended period of time when it is the subject of a legal request or obligation, governmental investigation, or investigations concerning possible violations of our terms or policies, or otherwise to prevent harm.

If you voluntarily share or submit any information (e.g., name) or content (e.g., pictures), or commentary (e.g., forums, message boards, chats) through the Services, or link it to any social media platforms, you acknowledge that the post and any content or information associated with it may become available to the public

Business Transfers

If VIMee, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that VIMee goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of VIMee may continue to use your Personal Information as set forth in this policy. At any time users are able to delete all content and personally identifiable information from the site.

Children’s Privacy

VIMee does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Services. The Services and their content are not directed at children under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information. How We Respond to Do Not Track Signals

VIMee does not track its users over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising. VIMee does not respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals and handles all user information consistent with its Terms.

Although most changes are likely to be minor, we may change our Privacy Policy from time to time, and in our sole discretion. VIMee encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy.
